At Tredah, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if: Your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. You have returned an eligible product within the return window. A service or subscription has not yet been activated or delivered. Refunds are only applicable to items purchased directly from www.tredah.com

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for: Items returned after the return period has expired. Products that have been used, worn, or altered after delivery. Digital products, subscriptions, or services that have already been delivered or activated. Custom-made or personalized products.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund: Contact our support team at tredah.dev@gmail.com with your order number, reason for refund, and supporting photos (if applicable). Once your request is reviewed, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Note: For approved refunds, any payment gateway or transaction processing fees charged by the payment provider will be deducted from the total refundable amount. The remaining balance will be returned to the buyer.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days: Check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, please contact us at tredah.dev@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
