Checkout Policy

At Tredah, we prioritize a transparent and secure buying experience for both buyers and sellers. Our checkout process is designed to ensure that every order is accurate, verified, and agreed upon before payment.

1. How Checkout Works

When you sign up for our waitlist, we may collect the following types of personal information:

Browse & Select:

  1. Buyers explore products or services listed on www.tredah.com and identify what they’re interested in.
  2. Chat with the seller
  3. Before purchasing, buyers are required to communicate directly with the seller to confirm details such as:

    • Product availability
    • Specifications or customization
    • Pricing and delivery time
    • Shipping or service terms
  4. Order Creation:
  5. Once both parties agree, the seller creates an official order through the Tredah platform.

  6. Order Review & Checkout:
  7. Buyers receive a confirmation link or order summary to review the order details carefully (price, quantity, delivery method, and total cost).

  8. Secure Payment (Escrow Protection):
  9. After review, the buyer completes payment securely via Tredah’s checkout system.

    • The payment is held safely in escrow by Tredah until the buyer confirms successful delivery.
    • Once the buyer clicks “Confirm Delivery”, the funds are released to the seller.
    • Payments are processed only through Tredah’s approved payment channels.
    • Direct payments outside Tredah are not allowed and are not covered under our protection policies.

2. Order Confirmation

Once payment is completed, both the buyer and seller will receive an order confirmation email or notification containing all relevant details.

3. Modifications Before Payment

Buyers can request changes (such as item quantity or custom requests) before payment is made. After payment, modifications may not be possible — in such cases, the seller must cancel and recreate the order if adjustments are needed.

4. Security & Buyer Protection

Payments made through Tredah’s checkout are protected under our platform’s dispute and refund policies. Communication outside Tredah’s system or off-platform payments void this protection.
