Cancellation Policy
At Tredah, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may request a return or exchange (if applicable) after delivery.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at tredah.dev@gmail.com or through our chat. Include your order number, full name, and reason for cancellation. We will review your request and confirm the status via email.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations made before shipment will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
4. Pre-Orders or Custom Items
Pre-orders and customized products may not be eligible for cancellation once processing begins, as these items are made or reserved specifically for you.
5. Service Cancellations (if applicable)
For digital products, subscriptions, or services purchased on Tredah: You may cancel before the service period begins for a full refund. Once the service has started or the digital product has been delivered, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
